1. Service
BT38 Inventory provides multi-channel marketplace management tools for supported ecommerce marketplaces, including Amazon and eBay. Features may include marketplace connections, central inventory and warehouse management, marketplace order management, Amazon fulfilment workflows, product linking and stock control, shipping and dispatch workflows, operational monitoring and multi-user access.
2. Seller authorisation
You must have authority to connect and manage each marketplace account used with BT38 Inventory. You are responsible for maintaining your marketplace accounts and complying with the applicable marketplace terms and policies.
3. Connected marketplace actions
BT38 Inventory performs connected marketplace operations only through supported workflows and authorised integrations. Sellers remain responsible for reviewing their operational settings, stock information, orders, fulfilment activity and marketplace account status.
4. Early access
BT38 Inventory may be provided to approved users during an early-access period while functionality is being developed and refined. Availability of individual features may change as the service develops.
5. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Marketplace APIs, carriers and other third-party services can affect the availability or timing of connected features.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use BT38 Inventory for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, misuse of marketplace information, or activity that breaches the rules of a connected marketplace.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where necessary for security, policy compliance, misuse, service protection or at the user's request.
